Baby Car Safe will be in Beta Test prior to the official launch. Beta Testing will allow future owners of Baby Car Safe to contribute to the User Experience assessment, apply real world application, and identify ways to improve the design and pre-release version of software.

Beta testing will allow you to make a difference in the safety and usefulness of Baby Car Safe and associated devices. As a Beta Tester you will have exclusive access to early releases of software and hardware. You will also have a chance to propose new features or changes in the existing design.
We truly appreciate the value that Beta Testers provide and therefore offer direct contact with our Engineering team and will assign a beta tester customer relations coordinator.
You will perform the normal functions like a new user would. Unpack, prepare, install, configure, personalize the kit, and then use it in your everyaday life.
You will provide feedback by answering questionnaires right after the installation and periodically throughout the use of the kit. You may also contact the Engineering team at any time if there are issues or have valuable input that can help improve the capability of protecting children with the use of Baby Car Safe.
The ideal Beta Tester is someone that is tech savvy, can offer helpful applicable information to the Engineering team, and most of all the tester is ideally someone that is interested in purchasing and using the device for their family.
The ideal Beta Tester will also have a baby or small children under the age of 5 that are transported in the family vehicle.
We are looking for testers with a variety of vehicle makes and models. See our “Compatible Vehicle” list for the vehicles that are reported as having CanBus on OBD.
We will offer a free kit to qualified applicants that meet our target audiance with vehicles we need to test with.
A new Beta Tester approved for a free kit will need to provide their shipping address and we will ship the kit to the US from our R&D office in Taiwan. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 days.
The Baby Car Safe kit also requires a data subscription. This subscription will be free of charge as long as the Beta Tester is active in the program. After that a $15 monthly Auto-Renewing “On Guard” Data and Services Plan is needed. The plan covers data services with the Baby Car Safe cloud, notifications and SMS Texting, GPS Cell Location services, and most importantly emergency services management with RapidSOS.
